Tootsie Kid

One of the characters I did for the mobile game, Tootsie Pop, based off the old Tootsie Pop commercials. This was inspired by the little boy character in those commercials asking "How many licks does it take to get to the center of the Tootsie Pop?". Looks like after decades he still doesn't know! :)
